About the Role
As we expand into the European market, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager to develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with dealers, distributors, and B2B clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and expand our partner network across Europe (focus: distributors, dealers, and B2B clients)
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and scale-up points
- Represent Neuroshop at international trade shows, conferences, and business events
- Present our smart retail solutions to potential partners and clients
- Drive partnership negotiations and deal closures
- Maintain and nurture long-term partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute partner projects
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or partnership management, ideally in tech, retail, or automation sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build win-win partnerships and manage potential conflicts constructively
- Passion for innovation, AI, and retail technology
- Confident use of digital tools and platforms like LinkedIn for partner outreach
- Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and English; Polish or German is a plus
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly accountable
